I have been a member of WAM for a bit over 7 years! As the vice president, I hope to solidify our current sponsors and find new ones. Women Anglers of Minnesota is a premier organization, and we have a tremendous membership. I will work hard to establish relationships with the top businesses in the outdoor industry. I will work hand and hand with our fundraising team to make this happen. I so enjoy the opportunity to get together at these fun events with all my Wammie sisters!!!! Finally, as the VP, I will help the board strengthen our commitment to the membership. I hope to assist the social team with ramping up our in-person get-togethers. I want more “Just fun” events :) Part of the reason I love WAM so much is all the friendships I have created and maintained over the years. I was once a “newbie” and coming to those events and meeting so many ladies was AMAZING!!!

A little bit about me, I am a general surgeon and live in Hutcheson with my husband (Jeremy). We have a cabin in Osakis, MN and my husband is a fishing guide, so I am in Osakis A LOT! I look forward to the opportunity to be the VP of WAM! Cheers, and tight lines ladies :)
