My name is Tracy Welsh. I have been a part of WAM for about 6 years,on the board for 3. I am married with 2 daughters. It doesn't matter what kind of fish I fish for, I like to fish for what is biting.  I have always loved fishing, before WAM I would have never thought of going fishing on my own. After joining WAM, I now  have my own boat. I love the smiles and the all around camaraderie that WAM brings to women!    I am super proud to be a part of a hard working board.
