ACCOMODATIONS: Cabins 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7 are listed to be sold by the cabin. Each bedroom has 1 Queen Bed with the exception of Cabin 7, the loft has two queen beds. All cabins have one futon with the exception of Cabin 3. You can put as many as you like in the cabins or as few. However, ONLY WAM members are allowed to stay in the cabins.
Cabins 8 and 9 will be sold by the bedroom. You can share your room if are comfortable and split the cost.
All cabins are winterized and have a bathroom and full kitchens. Bring your own towels and toiletries.
For those that plan to bring their own sleeper shack, there will be a $50 road pass available that will be good for the weekend.

-Rental is the responsibility of the renter. WAM carries no liability.

The resort does have Heggies pizza from $12-$15.25, you'll need to give a heads up. Otherwise, please plan for your own food and beverages.
Plowing for your personal sleepers, ice camps etc… can be arranged for a fee ( at least a tip ) to Tuck-a-way Resort directly.
**CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY**
Cancelations made 30 days prior to event will be granted a 90% refund with a 10% administrative processing fee. No refunds will be granted if the request is received fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled event.

By registering for this event, you are agreeing to the following:
RISK AND LIABILITY
I understand that participating in a fishing trip is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter unless I am medically able. I assume any and all risks associated with this fishing trip, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown. Knowing these facts and in consideration of the acceptance of my application and application fee by Women Anglers of Minnesota (WAM), I hereby, for myself, my executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, agree not to sue and waive, release and discharge WAM, other competitors, hosts, sponsors, volunteers, and tournament officials, including their agents, employees, or assigns from all claims or liability of death, personal injury, or property damage of any kind arising out of or in the course of my participation in this event. I am at least 18 years of age. I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the trip rules.
MEDIA RELEASE
I grant WAM the right to use photographs, video, and information concerning my participation in this tournament for any internal WAM or third-party media.
ALCOHOL & DRUG POLICY
Consumption of alcohol on the ice is strongly discouraged. However, if you choose to drink, please do so responsibly keeping safety and the well-being of others in mind at all times. Illegal drugs of any kind are also not allowed. Any violation of this policy may result in a participant being asked to leave without a refund.
PERSONAL CONDUCT
WAM encourages all members to show respect for others, both inside and outside of the organization. Conduct by anyone on the trip that is illegal, violent, dangerous, irresponsibly puts others at risk, or is conduct that reflects poorly on Women Anglers of Minnesota may result in the member being asked to leave and no refunds will be provided.
COVID-19 RISK
By registering for this event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending this event, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Women Anglers of Minnesota or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
