  Trappers offers 10' x 22' luxury sleeper house with 2 40" TV's and  Aqua Vu underwater cameras and Vexilar flashers
  

  
  

  ACCOMODATIONS: 

  *Cabins/Sleeper House Package

  Groups of 6 will share a 3 Bedroom Cabin & Luxury Sleeper House Package.

  • 3 bedroom Lake House has 2 King Beds and 1 Queen Bed
  • Sleeper house has 4 Beds | 2 Pull Downs, one above the couch and one above the table. The couch pulls out and the table folds down into a king bed
  • There's room for all six people to fish in the sleeper house

  PRICE:  $385 per person - includes propane

  • $200 due at sign up
  • $185 will be invoiced on December 1st
  • Note:  This price factors in a $50 WAM buy-down contribution for each person

  
  

  
  

  What’s Included in the fish houses

  • Two 40” TV, Radio with DVD player & USB connection.
  • Auxiliary ports are located throughout the fish house.
  • 4 Beds for sleeping (some are pullouts)
  • Two stove top burners and oven (small)
  • 8 ice fishing holes
  • Lake Map
  • Rattle wheels with line and ready to fish
  • Garbage can, broom and liners
  • Ice scoop, fish measuring stick, all the gear Vexilar FL-8, Fenwick Rods, Underwater Camera,  Flasher, Rattle Wheels preset to depth & a Berkley Bucket.

  What you need to Bring for the Sleeper

  • Bedding & Pillows (bedding not included)
  • Cooking gear (pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils)
  • Water for drinking & cooking (running water not included)
  • Personal Fishing Gear - bait on-site to purchase.
  • Cell Phone Charger or other electronics you need.
  • Portable Restrooms are located on the shore at Trapper’s Landing Lodge.

  *Bring your own Sleeper Shack Package

  • Grab & Go Fresh Bag Lunch Friday & Saturday - $30 total
  • Dinner on your own - Merit Restaurant is available on site

  
  

  **CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY**

  Cancelations made between October 1st and November 30th will be granted a 90% refund with a 10% administrative processing fee ONLY if we are able to fill your spot.

  No refunds will be granted for cancelations after December 1st.

  OFFICIAL WAM WAIVER FOR 2026 WINTER TRIP

  By registering for this event, you are agreeing to the following:

  RISK AND LIABILITY

  I understand that participating in a fishing trip is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter unless I am medically able. I assume any and all risks associated with this fishing trip, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown. Knowing these facts and in consideration of the acceptance of my application and application fee by Women Anglers of Minnesota (WAM), I hereby, for myself, my executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, agree not to sue and waive, release and discharge WAM, other competitors, hosts, sponsors, volunteers, and tournament officials, including their agents, employees, or assigns from all claims or liability of death, personal injury, or property damage of any kind arising out of or in the course of my participation in this event. I am at least 18 years of age. I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the trip rules.

  MEDIA RELEASE

  I grant WAM the right to use photographs, video, and information concerning my participation in this tournament for any internal WAM or third-party media.

  ALCOHOL & DRUG POLICY

  Consumption of alcohol on the ice is strongly discouraged. However, if you choose to drink, please do so responsibly keeping safety and the well-being of others in mind at all times. Illegal drugs of any kind are also not allowed. Any violation of this policy may result in a participant being asked to leave without a refund.
  

  PERSONAL CONDUCT

  WAM encourages all members to show respect for others, both inside and outside of the organization. Conduct by anyone on the trip that is illegal, violent, dangerous, irresponsibly puts others at risk, or is conduct that reflects poorly on Women Anglers of Minnesota may result in the member being asked to leave and no refunds will be provided.
